Human resources are the greatest value of modern business. MBK-G realizes in the vital role of personal in pushing the business forward. According this, MBK-G has invested in knowledge base working culture. Various topics have been brought to monthly workshops for its sales agents. The workshop generally aims to educate and inform the agents about its products and services. Moreover, the topic of workshop can be aroused bottom-up by requirement of sales agents.

The “Kai-Faak” workshop has recently took place in 2015, November at MBK Tower, floor 12, Roar meeting room. The workshop included the overall information of the “Kai-Faak” products in the market. Moreover, the details and conditions of “Kai-Faak” contracts have been declared to sales agents. Also the Q&A session has been done.

At the end of the workshop, the participants gave strong feedback that they have earned more comprehensive about the products and also MBK-G working culture. What is more, they have appreciated the way that they have got to know each other and socialised with same heart people. The participant are also looking forward to join in up-coming workshop.
