Celebrating the success of MBKG’s portfolio sale to SMC
MBKG and SMC are celebrating the 2-years anniversary of the successful loan portfolio sale at new MBKG office.
Mr. Sakchai Suthipipat, Managing Director of MBK Guarantee, comments that after reaching a mutual sales and purchase agreement 2 years ago with SMC to buy the residential loan portfolio from MBKG, there has been no recorded non-performing loans. The record reflects the quality of MBKG’s overall loan portfolio which focuses on a strong credit policy. These standards are comparable to other leading financial institutions who also sell their loan portfolios to SMC.
